Coordinate transportation services for individuals served across various locations throughout Michigan. Perform vehicle inspections, ensure appropriate maintenance of Easterseals vehicles, and prepare inspection reports for supervision. Transport interdepartmental mail and engage individuals in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or recovery phase. Perform all duties in accordance with applicable Safety & Health policies while demonstrating knowledge of trauma-informed care principles. Assist consumers with trauma-related issues as needed.
