Job Summary
Transport patients to and from destinations while accommodating varying complexity, including oxygen use, isolation precautions, CPR, and proper lifting techniques. Utilize equipment such as wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds, and monitor the patient flow board for assignments. Perform defined safety protocols, maintain open communication with patients, family, and leadership, and follow all policies and procedures. Complete required annual education assignments and participate in quality improvement initiatives as requested. Full-time, 80-hour pay period, night shift.
Required Qualifications
- CPR
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job
