Job Summary
Transportation Systems Support Leader at ABB responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of transportation management systems (SAP TM, Project44, GTS and internal systems) for the ELIP business. Lead first-line support for end users, conduct trainings, facilitate TMS implementation and support, analyze complex business processes, design/configure/test TMS, coordinate with internal IT and third-party support, manage routing guides, translate network design into system settings, and provide ad-hoc user support. Role requires cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and ability to accommodate non-US working hours and up to 10% travel internationally. This is a remote-US position with potential regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering Technologies, or Supply Chain (or significant relevant experience in lieu of degree)
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst/Transportation System Support/IT Systems support
- Experience with Transportation Management systems and SAP
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into the TMS configurations
- Mastery of Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Candidates must already possess authorization to work for ABB in the US
- Experience/familiarity using Transportation Management systems and SAP
