Transportation Support Personnel

Administer first aid and medications, assess emergency situations on buses and loading zones, and instruct students on safety rules and regulations. Assist students with special needs during transport, secure equipment including wheelchairs and restraints, and monitor for distress or behavioral issues. Drive district Multi Passenger Vehicles on scheduled routes and field trips, performing pre- and post-trip inspections for vehicle safety. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and sanitation, attend training meetings, and respond to inquiries from students, parents, and staff. Prepare incident reports and document activities while maintaining confidentiality on personnel and student records.
