Job Summary
Ensure annual performance goals are met by tracking on-time dispatches, off-load rates, labor costs, and product loss. Execute company processes to maintain a safe working environment and develop daily operating plans covering equipment maintenance and driver schedules. Solve delivery problems promptly to satisfy customers and provide development to supervisory and driver staff. Partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year. This role is bonus eligible and requires flexibility to work any shift, including nights.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible to work any shift - including night shift
- Associate's degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience
- High School Diploma with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
