Job Summary
Ensure annual performance goals are met, including on-time dispatches, off-load rates, labor costs, and product loss. Execute company processes to maintain a safe working environment. Develop daily operating plans for equipment maintenance and driver schedules to meet customer delivery needs while solving problems promptly. Provide development to supervisory and driver staff, potentially lead quality and safety committees, and partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels. Work any shift with flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience
- High School Diploma with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
- Flexibility to work any shift

- SAP knowledge a plus
