Transportation Supervisor

Supervise daily delivery operations by planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring timely completions while analyzing KPIs to address performance gaps. Foster employee engagement by establishing a culture where staff feel valued and motivated through regular communication. Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other safety regulations by conducting audits and monitoring adherence to protocols. Coordinate daily route adjustments to balance customer demands, service hours, and workload. Maintain positive internal and external customer relationships to improve delivery efficiency. This night shift and weekend role requires an associate's degree or GED with 3+ years of experience and 1+ years of supervisory experience.
