Job Summary
Ensure annual performance goals are met by maintaining on-time dispatches, off-load rates, labor costs, and product loss standards. Execute company processes to guarantee a safe working environment while developing daily operating plans for equipment maintenance and driver schedules. Solve problems promptly to satisfy customer delivery needs and provide development to supervisory and driver staff. Partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year. This role supports McDonald's as their largest supply chain partner worldwide, offering a 4-day work week with Sunday-Wednesday shifts from 6:00pm to 4:00am.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience
- High School Diploma with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
