Job Summary
Transportation Supervisor responsible for supervising Delivery and/or Shuttle operations, coordinating with transportation managers to ensure routes and deliveries are executed, inspecting equipment and logs to meet DOT hours of service requirements, and supervising a team of independent contractors. Maintains safety processes, monitors performance metrics (safety scores, Hours of Service), and uses Dispatch Track/Motive to track deliveries from start to finish. Requires 1+ year of logistics experience, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of DOT regulations. Must be authorized to work in the US and be adaptable to a flexible schedule. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of logistics experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience with moderate Excel Skills
- Excellent Organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented, highly organized, and resourceful
- Knowledge of DOT laws and regulations
- Ability to work flex schedule
