Job Summary
Help drivers with day-to-day issues, conduct weekly meetings to address concerns, and cover routes or shuttles when needed due to call offs. Accurately log POs, call offs, and pay issues while overseeing equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness. Communicate with third-party vendors to ensure timely repairs and navigate any customer issues that arise. Assist in the recruiting and hiring process. Requires a CDL Class A Driver's License and at least one year of combined training or experience. Starting pay is $75,000 per year.
