Job Summary
Help drivers with day-to-day issues and conduct weekly meetings to address concerns. Aiding in recruiting and hiring while covering routes or shuttles when needed due to call-offs. Accurately log POs, call-offs, and pay issues, then navigate customer issues that arise. Oversee equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness by communicating with third-party vendors to ensure repair timeliness. Requires a CDL A, one year of management experience, and routing knowledge. Full-time role in St. Paul with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, paid time off, and a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A (Required)
- 1 year & 50,000 verifiable miles driving a tractor trailer
- CDL Class A driver's license 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Routing experience or extensive knowledge there of
