Job Summary
Help drivers with day-to-day issues, conduct weekly meetings to address concerns, and aid in the recruiting and hiring process. Cover routes or shuttles when needed due to call-offs or openings, while accurately logging POs, call-offs, and pay issues. Navigate customer issues that arise and oversee equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness by communicating with third-party vendors to ensure timely repairs. This role covers St. Louis, Normal, and Rockford, requiring a CDL A license with one year of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A (Required)
- 1 year & 50,000 verifiable miles driving a tractor trailer
- CDL Class A driver's license 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Routing experience or extensive knowledge there of
