Job Summary
Coordinate daily dispatching and scheduling runs, operating One Lincoln Park vehicles as needed and reviewing weekly logs to recommend staffing changes. Ensure safety and quality by responding to emergencies, investigating fleet incidents, and performing valet services for residents and guests. Assist front offices by providing training, relieving breaks, and managing payroll administration while maintaining clean, orderly environments. Communicate effectively with the team and residents using two-way radios and email, utilizing GPS-tracking systems to optimize operations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio State Operator's License
- Ability to operate fleet vehicles
- Pass the One Lincoln Park insurability check
- Ability to lift, bend, twist and assist with package deliveries, groceries, walkers and wheelchairs
- Ability to professionally communicate verbally (including using a two-way radio system)
- Ability to communicate in written form including emails
- Computer proficiency including regular use of email, Microsoft Office applications
- Capacity to learn and operate department GPS-tracking systems
- Willingness to work with senior population
- Compassion for various different stages of physical/mental health, abilities and limitations
- Ability to work occasional weekend and evening availability
