Job Summary
Oversee a team of drivers delivering to Domino’s Pizza stores, including recruiting, mentoring, scheduling routes, reviewing trip sheets for accuracy and ensuring DOT/compliance; lead safety and training initiatives, manage driver performance and onboarding, and coordinate reports and budgeting to optimize transportation operations. Must coordinate with multiple departments to maintain food safety standards and ensure timely deliveries, while handling customer relations and maintaining a positive work environment. Requires High School Diploma (2-year degree preferred) and 2-3 years of supervisory and route-scheduling experience; CDL Class A is a plus. The role supports a 24-hour operation and involves leadership responsibilities, payroll duties when necessary, and driving duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, some college hours, 2-year degree preferred
- 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience
- 2-3 years route scheduling experience
- Commercial Driver’s License Class A, a plus
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation, FMCSA rules and regulations
- MS Office, SAP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed
- Results-oriented with strong organizational, decision making and people skills
- Successfully pass a background check every third year on your anniversary date
