Job Summary
Help drivers with day-to-day issues and conduct weekly meetings to address concerns. Aiding in recruiting and hiring while covering routes or shuttles when needed due to call offs. Accurately log POs, call offs, and pay issues, and navigate customer issues that arise. Oversee equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness, communicating with third-party vendors to ensure repair timeliness. Requires a CDL Class A license, one year of verifiable driving experience with 50,000 miles, and a management background. Starting pay is $75,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a combination of training and/or experience totaling at least 1 year
- Must have CDL Class A Driver's License
- 1 year & 50,000 verifiable miles driving a tractor trailer
- 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Routing experience or extensive knowledge there of
