Job Summary
Supervises transportation personnel, plans, assigns, and evaluates their work to ensure donation pickups are timely and efficient, in line with policies and procedures. Monitors the pickup system and initiates corrective actions to maintain productivity, ensures accountability of donated merchandise, and oversees fleet vehicle maintenance. Enforces safety standards and ensures customers are treated courteously while handling logistics, operations, and supervision responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Four years of experience driving a heavy-duty truck or large van
- One year of supervisory experience
- Valid State Driver's License
- Valid Commercial Driver's License preferred but not required
