Job Summary
Lead and deliver complex Transportation & Structures projects as a Project Manager, overseeing project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure quality and client satisfaction. Engage in business development, manage client communications, mentor team members, and coordinate project-related technical resolutions. Requires a PE registration and a B.S. degree in a relevant engineering field, with 6 years of industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited program in civil, structural, transportation engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the state of primary practice or licensed in a different state with the ability to obtain a license within 6 months of hire.
- 6 years of industry experience required.
- A valid driver’s license is required to support legitimate business purposes.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong interest in developing project management and people management skills.
- Experience with design-build projects for local and state government agencies, ODOT preferred.
- Knowledge of ProjectWise, Newforma, Deltek Vision/VantagePoint, UKG, and Bluebeam.
