Job Summary
Coordinate strategic airlift and sealift requirements for NSWG-1 Det Bahrain/TF-3 and deployed forces in support of CENTCOM theater exercises, training, and contingency tasking. Arrange and schedule passenger and cargo movement through close coordination with USTRANSCOM, AMC, CENTCOM, SOCCENT, and other government agencies to meet operational commitments. Process hazardous materials transportation phases and ensure cargo arrives on time to maintain combat readiness. Utilize JOPES and SMS to coordinate TPFDD and track air, sea, and land assets during all movement phases. Draft theater clearance messages via APACS and review Travel Tracker/IATP plans in strict compliance with DoD Foreign Clearance Guide. Ensure all country clearance requirements are met for personnel traveling to foreign countries. Maintain accurate deployment reports and coordinate with U.S. Embassies and Fleet Commanders for arrival and departure dates.
Required Qualifications
- SECRET clearance
- U.S. Citizen
- current and valid U.S. passport
- minimum of 5 years of direct experience of knowledge, and processes associated with air mobility and transportation management
- Commercial Driver's License
