Transportation Specialist-Driver

Job Summary
Provide transportation to residents for approved appointments and communicate daily with the team regarding schedules and adjustments. Maintain assigned vehicles through cleaning, oil changes, and shift inspections, while monitoring resident needs to recommend adaptive devices. Organize and manage the daily transportation schedule, coordinating with assisted living, wellness, and health rehab teams for appointments. Maintain timely records of contacts and vehicle use per occurrence, adhering to community policies. Work approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday with afternoon availability, requiring a current driver's license and chauffer's license.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses a current and valid driver's license
- Excellent driving record
- Chauffer's license
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work extended or flexible hours
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English
- Drug-free workplace
