Job Summary
Develop customized logistics solutions across transportation, warehousing, and distribution by conducting discovery sessions to capture client requirements and operational constraints. Lead solution design efforts that incorporate carrier rate analysis, cost modeling, and operational feasibility to ensure optimal performance. Collect, validate, and analyze client data on volumes, lanes, costs, and service levels to build advanced models evaluating scenarios and forecasting performance. Present solution designs, cost models, and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders while partnering with procurement, operations, and IT teams to validate feasibility. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and service enhancements to support implementation teams during deployment phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3–5 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solution design within a 3PL or similar environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with TMS, WMS, and optimization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
