Job Summary
Partner directly with dealers to develop cost-saving transportation solutions and coordinate outbound shipments from order release through delivery. Work with freight brokers and carriers to secure competitive rates, build efficient truckloads and multi-stop routes to maximize trailer utilization, and collaborate with Production and Shipping teams to align orders and delivery schedules. Serve as the go-to contact for transportation planning and shipment updates while helping grow dealer adoption of company-managed transportation services. This role supports the AZEK Group's dealer network with a salary range of $79,400 to $99,300 and includes bonus eligibility, health coverage, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight brokerage, or distribution experience
- Experience scheduling shipments and coordinating transportation operations
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with route planning, load optimization, and freight cost management
- Proficiency with Excel and transportation or ERP systems
