Transportation Site Manager

Lead, educate, and develop new employees while planning daily manpower needs to ensure customers' freight is delivered and picked up timely and damage free. Coordinate the movement of trailers and freight by communicating with dispatch at various Service centers and dock employees. Evaluate and reconfigure route structures and bids based on local tendencies and characteristics. Manage the loading, unloading, and sorting of freight to ensure on-time delivery when leaving the warehouse. This role requires a high school diploma, previous LTL dock experience, and a pre-employment drug screen pass. Flexible hours are available.
