Job Summary
Conduct coin and cash handling and transportation by pulling coin bins weighing up to 600 lbs from kiosks to a company truck using a specialty hand truck. Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on assigned equipment while complying with FMCSA regulations and company policies. Plan and schedule daily routes with manager input, adjusting for new priorities, weather, and changing conditions. Complete required paperwork and report quality or technical problems through proper escalation channels. Maintain assigned laptop, cell phone, company vehicle, and spare parts inventory. Promote good customer relations through high standards of personal appearance and ethical behavior.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED
- 1+ years providing transportation of goods or services
- 1+ years of customer service/customer relations
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
- A Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification (CMV) is required upon hire
- Must be able to pass the DOT medical exam
- Must have excellent personal and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 85 lbs
- Must be able to move coin bins weighing up to 600 lbs using a specially designed hand truck
- Must be able to frequently climb in and out of the truck
- Must be able to ascend and descend the step into the truck
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, crouch, push, pull
- Must be able to regularly operate a laptop and mobile phone
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early start times, holidays, weekends, etc
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with electro-mechanical equipment a plus
- Previous experience in handling a position of responsibility with little or no supervision
