Job Summary
Recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified driver applicants to improve retention and safety standards. Gather and analyze information to obtain complete applications and pre-qualify candidates. Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, pay, and specialty opportunities. Read, review, and understand MVRs and DAC reports. Requires 1+ year recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. Salary is $21.00-$24.00 hourly plus commission.
Required Qualifications
