Job Summary
Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and support of transportation operations across 13 locations; responsibilities include recruiting, screening, and hiring Class A, Class B, and non-CDL drivers, managing applicant pipelines with Tenstreet and other platforms, maintaining job postings and relationships with driving schools and recruiting partners, coordinating interviews, background checks, drug screens, onboarding requirements, conducting new hire orientation, tracking driver licenses and medical cards, maintaining records in Tenstreet, Paycom, Geotab and other systems, and supporting leadership with driver compliance, evaluations, and recruiting initiatives. Travel to company locations and recruitment events, with occasional Saturday work, is required.
Required Qualifications
- Recruiting, HR, transportation, logistics, or related experience preferred
- Driver recruiting or transportation recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Tenstreet, Paycom, Geotab, or similar systems preferred
- Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a sense of urgency throughout the hiring process
- CDL experience or CDL license is a plus
