Transportation Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage large land development projects in all aspects of traffic engineering and planning, including traffic impact studies, intersection design, and roadway signing. Analyze PennDOT's Highway Occupancy Permit Design Criteria and oversee the preparation of reports, specifications, plans, and construction schedules. Serve as a representative at municipal meetings, hearings, and PennDOT staff meetings to advocate for land development applicants. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer licensure, and knowledge of the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code. Full-time position based in Pennsylvania with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management experience with PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit and municipal land development projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code
- Experience with testimony on behalf of land development applicants as it relates to Pennsylvania municipal approvals
