Transportation Project Manager

Transportation Project Manager responsible for leading roadway, highway, and civil site design projects within Benesch’s Michigan Transportation group. You will manage self-performing and directing project teams, contribute to planning and designing infrastructure projects, and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities include providing design support and leadership through freeway and non-freeway roadways from preliminary to final design, collaborating with hydraulic, traffic, structures, and environmental disciplines, creating plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates, coordinating with reviewers to ensure quality, contributing to proposals for project pursuits, and guiding staff to ensure smooth design and plan development processes. The role emphasizes designing and delivering MI transportation projects, client engagement, and mentorship within a collaborative team environment.
