Job Summary
Lead transportation projects including traffic-calming, intersection, roadway, and trail design while coordinating right-of-way conveyance and existing pavement analysis. Manage PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting (HOP) and railroad crossing design alongside construction management duties. Mentor transportation engineers and build trusted relationships with municipal, school district, and private-sector clients. Based in Northeast PA offices, this role supports project delivery and staff development within a growing engineering firm.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 15 years of road and street design experience
- PennDOT approval experience
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar engineering software
- Technical knowledge and/or previous experience in transportation-related work
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
