Transportation Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead and mentor transportation engineers while managing a variety of projects including traffic-calming, intersection, roadway, and trail design. Coordinate right-of-way conveyance, perform existing pavement analysis, oversee construction management, and handle PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting and railroad crossing design. Deliver full-range transportation services to municipalities, school districts, and private-sector clients across Northeast PA offices. This role supports staff development and strengthens project delivery within a growing engineering firm recognized for its award-winning culture and employee ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 15 years of road and street design experience
- PennDOT approval experience
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar engineering software
- Technical knowledge and/or previous experience in transportation-related work
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
