Transportation Project Manager

Lead and mentor transportation engineers while managing a variety of projects including traffic-calming, intersection, roadway, and trail design. Coordinate right-of-way conveyance, conduct existing pavement analysis, oversee construction management, and handle PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting and railroad crossing design. Deliver full-range transportation services to municipalities, school districts, and private-sector clients across the Mid-Atlantic region.
