Transportation Project Manager

Lead and mentor transportation engineers while managing a variety of projects delivering traffic-calming, intersection, roadway, and trail designs. Coordinate right-of-way conveyance, conduct existing pavement analysis, oversee construction management, and handle PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting and railroad crossing design for municipal, school, and private clients. Requires 5 to 15 years of road and street design experience including PennDOT approval, a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and a PE license preferred. Based in Northeast PA offices with flexible scheduling.
