Transportation Project Manager 2

Lead the planning, design, and execution of roadway design projects including new construction, rehabilitation, and corridor improvements. Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. Oversee and manage project budgets, scopes, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide technical leadership and direction to engineers and designers on roadway geometry, grading, drainage, and traffic-related elements. Prepare and review engineering reports, design calculations, PS&E packages, and permit applications. Ensure project compliance with AASHTO, MUTCD, FHWA, and local/state DOT standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including municipalities, state agencies, and utilities. Mentor and supervise junior staff, supporting their technical and professional growth. Support business development activities including proposal writing, interviews, and client presentations.
