Transportation Process Quality Analyst

Job Summary
Lead transportation strategic planning including forecasting, budgeting, peak/holiday planning, and capacity modeling. Own transportation reporting covering labor, headcount, service metrics, and cost performance while providing in-depth P&L variance analysis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, service, and efficiency by partnering with leadership to remove operational barriers. Support network changes for startups, transitions, and routing shifts, and ensure compliance with company policies through audits and corrective actions. Collaborate with HR on staffing plans and support onboarding coordination. Travel up to 25%. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in logistics or supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or transportation environment
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including P&L management and cost drivers
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or transportation environment preferred
- Experience with transportation operations or network planning preferred
- Experience in SQL, PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau or other BI tools a plus
