Job Summary
The Transportation Practice Leader/Project Manager will manage transportation projects, build and maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee project budgets, and lead project teams. The role requires exemplary communication and leadership skills, focusing on business development and team growth. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and at least ten years of relevant experience, including project management. A professional engineering license from the State of Wisconsin is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ progressive experience in WisDOT and local government transportation engineering
- Minimum of two (2) years of project management and business development experience
- Applicable U.S. based work experience
Desired Qualifications
