Transportation Planning

Lead and manage complex transit and multimodal studies, including feasibility studies, NEPA/CEQA environmental clearance, and alternatives analyses for regional and corridor-level planning efforts. Conduct technical analyses for transportation projects, delivering strategies and recommendations for transit plans while identifying appropriate funding sources. Perform multimodal transportation and traffic impact analyses to support land use planning and economic development, recommending improvements to existing facilities and enhancing overall transportation system efficiency. Support neighborhood planning, public involvement, and outreach efforts aimed at improving air quality and reducing congestion. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic project proposals, engage stakeholders, and present findings to advisory boards and elected officials. May telecommute.
