Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day transportation operations, monitor performance metrics and on-time performance, manage service changes with contractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, handle customer inquiries and escalated complaints, supervise staff, coordinate training and development, approve time off and performance reviews, participate in emergency management activities, and foster a positive safety culture. Requires strong verbal and written communication, organizational and leadership abilities, experience with public transit operations, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years job-related experience (preferred in related field)
