Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations and account management for a specific function, leading direct reports to attain daily operational goals. Manage customer service satisfaction, staffing performance, and development of exempt and non-exempt employees while handling day-to-day planning and scheduling. Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations and lead health and safety initiatives. Provide off-shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises, making timely decisions to resolve unusual problems. Maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
- Logistics industry knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production
