Job Summary
Transportation Litigation Attorney responsible for proactively managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, conducting legal research related to transportation laws and regulations, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents, attending court hearings, depositions, and mediations, and negotiating settlements. Collaborates across departments and offices, drafts case analysis reports for clients, and contributes to proactive resolution strategies. Requires JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice in Pennsylvania, with 3-8 years of general casualty litigation experience. Preference for experience in transportation/logistics, trucking, and related regulatory issues, as well as deposition/motion practice and trial experience. Hybrid work arrangement in Philadelphia location.
Required Qualifications
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
- 3-8 years of general casualty litigation experience
- Transportation and logistics, trucking, and related regulatory experience preferred
- Deposition and motion practice experience required
- Trial experience preferred
