Transportation Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead design and plan production teams to successfully deliver roadway, structural, infrastructure, and transportation projects. Coordinate with subconsultants, prepare project design and environmental reports, and assist with proposal and contract preparation. Direct and train staff on project engineering, including roadway geometrics, corridor models, and staging. Manage project financials while participating in quality control and assurance processes. Interact effectively with team members, clients, and other agencies to develop client relationships. Requires a PE license in Wisconsin, 8+ years of progressive transportation design experience, and familiarity with WisDOT practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license required (Wisconsin), or ability to obtain in 6 months
- 8+ years of progressive experience in transportation design
- Familiarity with Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) design engineering practices, standards, and documentation
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam
- Ability to collaborate with the design team, clients, and agencies
- Good decision-making skills, flexibility, focus on quality, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- U.S. Residency
