Job Summary
Lead traffic planning, studies, design, and operations tasks to improve traffic operations, safety, and pedestrian circulation for cities and communities. Apply CAD software, Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, or VISSIM to execute projects while leveraging local industry knowledge. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, five years of traffic engineering or ITS experience, and an EI certificate or PE license. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of traffic engineering, traffic operations or ITS project experience
- Engineering Intern (EI) certificate or PE license
- Experience/knowledge of local industry
- Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation)
- Working knowledge of Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, VISSIM or other similar software
- Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with design projects/traffic studies preferred
