Transportation Engineer - Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead a team of Engineers and Project Managers through multi-faceted Transportation Engineering projects, performing QA/QC on deliverables and managing project contracts and financials. Drive business development and marketing efforts to identify practice growth opportunities, while maintaining a presence in the Engineering Community to develop new clients and foster existing relationships. Guide external stakeholders through the regulatory environment by presenting in public meetings and providing expert testimony. Assist in staff development through annual performance reviews and professional goal planning, and lead financial management (AR/WIP) of projects in partnership with accounting and legal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering (or related)
- 12+ years of experience in the Transportation/Highway/Roadway Engineering sector
- Professional Engineer licensure (P.E.)
- Experience designing and performing quality assurance using OpenRoads, Civil 3D, and/or InRoads
- Expertise in scope of service and budget (proposal) development
- demonstrated ability to direct projects profitably
