Job Summary
Oversee project priorities, objectives, financial management, and hands-on design processes while serving as a technical resource for multi-disciplinary teams. Manage project engineering and assist with business development activities including proposal preparation, client presentations, and management. Engage in professional societies and mentor junior staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, six years of practical design experience in transportation and highway design, a PE license, and Wisconsin DOT project management experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 6+ years of practical design experience in transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design
- PE License
- Wisconsin Department of Transportation Project Management experience
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of WisDOT design/standards preferred
- Mentor/training experience
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D software preferred
