Job Summary
Lead design of municipal infrastructure projects focusing on roadway and trail work, including studies, preliminary and final design, and permitting. Collaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, and surveyors to complete projects on time and on budget. Administer construction contracts by reviewing submittals, pay applications, and project changes while supervising the design team to achieve objectives. Requires a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, 5-15 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and municipal funding agencies. PE in Indiana is desired.

- Experience with the study, planning, and design of municipal infrastructure projects, with a heavy focus on transportation related projects
- A thorough understanding of municipal funding agencies and experience with construction oversight and permitting
- Proven experience in preparing and meeting budgets and schedules
- Proven experience in developing engineering scopes and work plans and developing municipal engineering projects
- Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- PE in Indiana
- Previous experience with projects funded by and through INDOT, including CCMG and NOFA funds
