Job Summary
Join EMCS as a Transportation Engineer/Designer to work on a variety of design projects, including freeways, urban and rural roadways, complete streets, and multi-use paths. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, four years of experience in the civil engineering field, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D or MicroStation. Effective communication skills and teamwork are essential. The role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within a supportive engineering environment.
Required Qualifications
- AS or BS in Civil Engineering
- Four (4) years of progressive experience in the civil engineering field, preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin a plus
- Previous experience on transportation projects (WisDOT experience a plus)
