Job Summary
Senior Transportation Engineer/PM role leading a Transportation Group, driving business development, project delivery, and client growth. Responsibilities include leading proposals, interviews and presentations; developing client relationships; mentoring staff; managing projects involving roads, bridges, and culverts; performing engineering computations; producing design documents and specifications; coordinating with government agencies and clients; ensuring project scope, schedule and budget; promoting company standards; and leveraging a proven track record in marketing, client acquisition, and profitable project delivery. Primary location: Boise with multiple US-based office locations; full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Engineering or related degree
- minimum of 10+ years of experience in transportation design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Idaho, Washington or Montana, or ability to obtain within six months
- project management experience
- ability to work independently and in a team
- valid driver’s license and good driving record
