Job Summary
Operate company vehicles for crew and passenger transport between ships, ports, airports, hotels, and facilities. Plan routes using internal software, complete trip logs and customs paperwork daily, and perform pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle upkeep. Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and job status while maintaining professionalism with crew members, port authorities, and internal teams. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with core availability Monday through Friday between 7:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Candidates are paid for actual hours worked and must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, GPS navigation, and dispatch tools
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability
- Reliable availability Monday through Friday between 7:00 PM and 1:00 AM
