Transportation Driver

Coordinate transportation of residents to and from physician appointments, inpatient and outpatient programs, and appropriate facilities based on priority of resident needs. Develop driving schedules dependent on scheduled medical appointments and program destinations. Provide transportation from hospital after discharge. Deliver reports, information, and assessments of resident behavior or changes in condition during transport, including abnormal findings in consciousness, pain, bleeding, and vital signs. Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to clinical supervisors.
