Transportation Driver - Full Time

Drives bus or van to transport residents on scheduled routes and for emergencies, maintaining a caring relationship with residents. Responsibilities include fueling, oil checks, keeping vehicles clean, reporting maintenance needs, following transportation procedures, scheduling daily runs, and performing vehicle safety checks. Must have an acceptable driver record, follow traffic laws, and engage professionally with residents, families, coworkers, and supervisors. Requires ability to learn daily transportation runs and participate in organizational trainings; may attend in-services as scheduled. Saturday/Sunday through Thursday shifts are included in full-time role. Must possess a valid North Carolina CDL with passenger endorsement and meet education/experience requirements as listed. Safety, confidentiality, and courteous interactions are emphasized, along with compliance with the facility’s policies.
