Transportation Driver CNA

Transportation Driver CNA responsible for driving residents in facility bus, providing personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, meals, and other daily living tasks; report incidents promptly and assist with doctor appointments or outings. Must lift/move up to 50 pounds, hold a valid driver’s license with reliable daily transportation, have healthcare or in-home care experience (minimum 1 year), be willing to work varied shifts including nights and weekends, and have Hoyer Lift experience. High School Diploma or equivalent/experience as a CNA; demonstrate compassionate, supportive care and adherence to health and safety standards.
