Transportation Driver (CNA Required) Full Time

Coordinate with the nursing team and residents/families for outside appointments and publish the daily transportation schedule on the halls. Transport residents to and from outside appointments while ensuring all paperwork is taken and brought back from each appointment. Coordinate with the Admissions Coordinator on pick-up times from the hospital for new admissions. Maintain a clean driving record and obtain CNA certification prior to starting.
